I forgot the password, tried to get an OTP by email but no email concerning OTP or link to reset password received in my mailbox and spam since november 2022. Then tried to get a solution through the live chat, get advice to first click on Forgot Hijra ID, getting the OTP, and then reset the password through missed called. YET, after went through the steps as indicated no missed call for OTP to reset password have shown. (getting the same advice) happened for 3 times. Really time consuming.

What a wonderful experience using this Sharia banking app. I'm not only loving how cool Hijra Box is to manage my finances, but also enjoying it's Islamic features, especially Hijra Events. By far the best ui/ux digital bank with Islamic values. Seamless registration. Responsive customer service. Islamic features, prayer times, al quran = the best. Can't wait for the complete functionalities to be launched soon. This is my main banking app now. Superb!
